Texas A&M reveals new “Iced-Out” alternate uniform

Prior to Saturday’s matchup with #12 Mississippi State, Texas A&M and Adidas released new “Iced-Out” alternate uniforms for the sixth-ranked Aggies.

According to Adidas’ press release, “Texas A&M’s new look is head-to-toe white with silver metallic accents, featuring lightweight no-sew maroon numbers on the jerseys set against a silver state of Texas graphic. Laser-cut metallic stripes run down the sleeves and the pants, while a large “Lone Star” logo appears on the hip.”

As should be noted with every new flashy uniform revealed, regardless of manufacturer, the chrome fade helmet with a metallic Texas A&M logo on the side was produced by Hydro Graphics Inc. This Oregon-based company has created some of the most unique helmets in college football history.

How soon we all forget, however, that Mississippi State wore a similar uniform against the Texas A&M two seasons ago, replicating the look of the infamous Snow Bowl game. The Bulldogs and Aggies kick off at noon on ESPN.
