World Cup: United States vs. Portugal Uniform Preview

United States will wear white kit versus Portugal.

There can be a lot of excitement for a sports fan on game day.

During the World Cup, part of the excitement is seeing what kit your team will be wearing on the field that day.

Uniforms are a huge part of soccer and the World Cup. World Cup soccer  uniforms are a symbol of the team as well as the county.

The United States soccer team has never had a consistent look except for the colors and this year we’ve seen that change.

Instead of seeing more of a navy blue, this year, the United States shield and uniforms are sporting more of a royal blue.

But, nevertheless fans will proudly wear the jersey of their county whether they win or lose.

So without further ado, I give you tonight’s uniform that will be worn by the United States of America.

The U.S. wore their fire cracker uniforms last weekend in their win over Ghana. Today, they will dawn the all white kit and look for the same result.

The uniform looks all white from far away, but there are very think stripes that go across the jersey.

I love the team, but this years uniforms are horrible. I don’t like the change to royal blue and I think that there could have been more creativity put into this years kits.

Here’s another look at the uniforms hanging in the locker room.

Check out this video that shows a fan quote being placed on the back of all the U.S. Soccer crests that are on tonight’s jerseys versus Portugal.

The quote is from Joel Humowiecki.

The American will to win is stronger than any opponent in your way.
